Quality branded leaflets form an important part of our marketing campaign, to get our service known in the local area, and to gain instructions. The marketing pack contains 20,000 leaflets to inform every property in the area of our presence, as well as 1,000 business sale promotional leaflets.

Lynda Bellingham has been commissioned to film a series of adverts in 2011 which will appear initially on our website and on social networking sites. They will roll out as a national television advertising campaign when franchisee coverage is sufficiently geographically mature.
Lynda will film throughout the county with franchisees in their areas, describing and promoting the franchisee, and the properties they have for sale. This will include recording voice over’s describing vendor’s properties. We are also negotiating a Virtual Property World satellite channel to start in early 2012.
Franchisees will also benefit from website advertising featuring Lynda Bellingham. The running theme will be humour, with Lynda in situations ridiculing traditional estate fees etc. They will be on the lines of the recent fictional building society adverts, where the building society manager justifies high fees to clients because shareholders need champagne at the annual general meeting. Lynda will also tour the country promoting franchisees and the property listings they have for sale.
